Crochet Braid Pattern for LONG, THICK Hair

I need hairstyles that last a month, so I started wearing crochet braids in 2020, but my hair is so long that it was hard figuring out crochet braid patterns that worked, weren’t super bulky, and could be easily (or more easily) concealed. This post is for you if you’ve been looking for a different crochet braid pattern for long, thick hair. Crochet braid pattern for long hair in general.

There are a few stylists on both Instagram and YouTube that braided their clients hair horizontally at the crown, or top of their head and pulled the ends of the straight backs from the front, under those horizontal braids and WOW. That technique is the game changer. The stylists would never show the entire braid pattern, but I got the gist and made somethin’ shake for the back. The front 1/2 was easy peasy… for the back you can really experiment.
