Alright, let’s get into the different ways to style crochet braids – These are crochet spring twists. My braid pattern was not meant for hairstyles that have all of the hair pulled up, so I will be sharing a few 1/2 up 1/2 down styles or with the twists pulled to the back or side. Of course with a headband, you can pull all of the twists up.

Side Ponytail – 1/2 up 1/2 down – AKA the ShaNayNay
This one is my ShaNayNay ponytail. My sister sent me a GIF of ShaNayNay from Martin because this style reminded me of that character. This was my favorite way to wear my hair while in these twists.
1/2 up 1/2 down Double Ponytails > Space Buns
1 Side Twist Back > 2 Side Twist Back
For the following two pictures, you can either twist one side back, or both and this is great for those who want to keep their hair down, but out of their face.
1/2 up 1/2 down Ponytail with “Bangs”
Flat Twist Headband
Where there is a deep side part and you flat twist the hair at the very front from one side to the other.
