Natural Hair Flat Twist Updo
Yessssss!! Finally, a natural hair updo Ā that you will LOVE! This is my best hairstyle I have come up with to date. I get so many compliments whenever I wear this style and I know you will too. This is definitely an intermediate to advanced style. For one, you have to know how to flat twist at a little bit of an angle and you have to know how to flat twist from the nape of your neck towards the top of your head. The front middle section can be left down once you curl/roll it or you can pin it up like I did in the video. Please try it and let me know what you think.
The Process…
1.) Part hair in 1/2 from ear to ear. Divide top 1/2 into 3 sections. pin middle section out of the way. TWIST 3 flat twists on each side
2/3.) two strand twist the middle section
4.) Twist 4 flat twists upward on the back 1/2. Take bobby pins and pin the 4 flat twists up
5/6.) Take the two strand twists and roll them all together and pin them up into a pompador OR curl the two strand twists with perm rods and leave out.
