OVERVIEW
You have participated in a braid or twist lesson via Zoom from Learn to Braid and Twist LLC. As a token of appreciation for attending a lesson, you will receive or have received a private video demonstrating the exact braiding or twisting method you took a lesson to learn.
Any additional content provided to you after your lesson is the property of LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST LLC / HeyChrishinda / Chrishinda and should not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed in any way.
ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE, UNLISTED VIDEO
As part of your participation in a live Zoom lesson, you will be provided with a private video (“the video”) following your lesson. You are granted access to the video for a period of 60 days from the date you access the platform that the video(s) are hosted on. You will receive the link to the video(s) in an email. The link will take you to PayHip where you may have to create an account to access the file(s). After 60 days, your access to the video will expire. Please watch the video as many times as you need to during your access period. The video was created and provided to you for further guidance following your lesson.
USE OF THE VIDEO
The Video is provided solely for your personal use and educational purposes. By accessing the Video, you agree to the following:
- Non-Transferable Access: You are granted access to the Video for personal, non-commercial use only. Non-commercial use – users (you) may not sell, profit from, or commercialize materials or works derived from them.
- No Sharing or Redistribution: You may not share, distribute, or otherwise make the Video available to ANYONE, including third parties, whether through direct sharing, posting on social media, or uploading to other websites.
- No Reproduction: You may not reproduce, copy, or modify the Video in any form. This includes but is not limited to downloading, recording, screen recording or making derivative works from the Video. Derivative work refers to a copyrighted work that comes from another copyrighted work (Learn to Braid and Twist’s videos). You may not take snippets of the video or any piece of the content and use in your own works.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
All content provided during your lesson and the video provided following your lesson, lesson materials, and any other resources, are the intellectual property of LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST LLC and are protected by copyright law.
- Ownership: LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST LLC retains full ownership of all content, materials, and intellectual property related to the program, including the videos.
- Copyright Notice: You may not use any content or materials from the program, including the Video.
By accessing the Video, you acknowledge that the Video and all associated materials are protected by copyright, and you agree not to infringe upon those rights.
While you may view the content in the video, this does NOT transfer ownership to you as the viewer. LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST retains ownership of all videos and content provided to you.
ACCOUNT CREATION AND ACCESS POLICY
- Single Account Usage: Users are permitted to create and maintain only one account on our platform. Creating multiple accounts to extend access to video content or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Sharing your login information with others or allowing others to access your account is prohibited. Any unauthorized use of your account will be your responsibility and could cause you to lose your access to the video(s)
- Lesson-Based Access: Access to the video hosting platform is provided to users who have participated in a lesson with LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST LLC. If you have completed such a lesson, you are granted access to the content associated with that session.
- Request for Extended Access: If you wish to request extended access to the video content beyond the standard duration or parameters, please contact us directly. Please note that extended access is not guaranteed and will be granted at our discretion. Do not attempt to create additional accounts to bypass access limitations.
NO RECORDING OF SESSIONS
You are prohibited from recording any live Zoom sessions during the lesson. If you wish to refer back to any of the techniques or content shared during the lesson, you may only use the provided Video for that purpose.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
You agree to make payment in the specified currency and are responsible for any associated currency conversion fees, as well as any applicable sales tax in your jurisdiction, if relevant. Please be aware that we will only provide access to the videos once we have received your full payment. If the videos are provided free of charge, you will need to enter any personal information requested in order to access videos.
LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST LLC reserves our right to review and change the pricing of any of our videos, though this will not affect prior purchases.
DEVICE DISCLAIMER AND DOWNTIME
The videos can be viewed on mobile, tablet and pc formats. LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST LLC is not responsible for downtimes due to PayHip, HeyChrishinda.com, your internet outages, power outages in your area, etc. You are free to email me with any questions.
THE ACCURACY OF MARKETING MATERIALS
LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST LLC makes every effort to ensure that the marketing material on the website and booking platform is up to date and accurate. We take no responsibility for any information that is deemed incorrect. We reserve the right to change any of the information on our website at any time we feel appropriate.
GUARANTEES
LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST LLC makes no guarantees or warranties as to the results you may achieve from the virtual lesson or the video. Results may vary based on your individual skills, experience, and other factors.
REFUNDS
LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST does not offer refunds for virtual lessons or in-person lessons. Refunds are also NOT granted for access to videos if there is a cost associated with them due to the digital nature of the product. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST LLC reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.
GOVERNING LAW:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of MICHIGAN.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By reading these terms and conditions and making payment on HeyChrishinda.com or PayHip (free download or paid) you are accepting all terms and conditions.
LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST reserves the right to change any of the content, material, prices, offers or time period that access is given at any time. Please read and accept the terms and conditions at the time of scheduling/downloading/viewing any files.
Video Hosting
PayHip.com is currently the 3rd party site that is hosting the private videos you are being granted access to. LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST reserves the right to change platforms for video hosting. If platforms are changed and you lose access before your allotted timeframe, please email me so I can send you the updated file link with your remaining allotted time.
LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST is not responsible for any data breaches or security issues that happen on third-party websites that I may send a link to in order for you to access digital downloads/the video. Please make sure to check the security and privacy policies of those sites before downloading. LEARN TO BRAID AND TWIST is limited to providing access to the video/ digital downloads, and we do not control or guarantee the security of third-party websites like PayHip.com.
