This was my first time trying a crochet style… it’s 2020 and crochet braid styles are so old, but yep, in 2020 I’m officially hooked on crochet and I’m never going back.

Thoughts on the Lulutress Island Twist Crochet Braid Hair in 18 inches
I would recommend this hair, but only if you are going to cut it. I loved the curl pattern and after I cut it to shoulder length, it was much, much better. This hair also comes in 8 inches (from other reviews, I wouldn’t get the 8 inch because it just looks to flat to me) and 12 inches ( I would definitely get the 12 inch opposed to the 18 inch).
I knew I wasn’t going to keep it long, so I don’t know why I didn’t just cut the hair in half… could’ve saved a chunk of money.
The hair was slick, so it was hard to choose what knot I was going to use because it would loosen. I literally tried about 9 random knots and it took me a whole pack before I decided. My advice; pick a knot and roll with it.

I’m 5 feet and this is how long the hair was on me.
18 inches was too much hair. It was so tangly and matted, but once I cut it, it looked better and I felt better . Click on the video below to see how I cut it.
